Personal data is data that can identify an individual, such as first and last name, email address, postal address, and IP address. Personal data is collected on this website for certain specific needs.
The personal data that comes into the possession of SOGET EST S.r.l. is directly provided by the data subject when compiling the form.

Data processing purpose and legal basis
The processing of personal data, collected and stored in connection with the completion of this form, has as its legal basis the prior consent of the data subject and is carried out for the following purposes: to respond to requests for information sent through the form, to provide assistance and support services, to proceed with newsletter subscription, to send educational, informative and commercial communications, to manage commercial profiling activities.

  • To providers of Web services that enable Soget Est to operate this website, conduct its business or serve its customers and users (e.g. by sending newsletters or personalised communications), provided they undertake to keep it confidential;
  • At the request of the competent authorities to fulfil any legal obligations, or to protect the rights, interests, or security of Soget Est or of others.

Data recipients and disclosure
All personal data collected through this website has never been and will never be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred to third parties.
Nevertheless, this data may be transmitted to third parties, in the cases provided for by law and with the consent of the data subject, within the limits relevant to the processing purposes indicated.
Therefore, personal data may be disclosed to partners, consulting companies or private companies, appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller.
Personal data will not be disseminated in any way. Data Processors and Persons in charge of processing are precisely identified in the Privacy Document, which is updated periodically.

Data storage method and period
The data collected will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was processed (“Storage limitation principle”, Art.5, GDPR) or in accordance with the periods provided for by legislation. Verification of the obsolescence of stored data in relation to the purposes for which it was collected is carried out periodically.
All data is stored in spaces only accessible by the data controller, and normal security measures are in place to prevent loss or unauthorised access.
In the event of a breach, users will be notified by e-mail within seven working days.
In any case, false e-mail addresses or misleading subject lines will never be used, nor will advertising messages be sent.
If there is no legitimate business need for the processing of personal data, it will be deleted, anonymised or securely filed and made inaccessible for any further processing until such time as it can be deleted.

  • Objection to processing (Art. 21 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
  • Withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent acquired prior withdrawal (Art. 7(3) EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
  • Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Art. 51 EU Regulation no. 2016/679).

To exercise one or more of these rights, please contact the data controller directly by e-mail, by telephone (contact details can be found under “Data Controller”) or by written communication to be sent by certified email to sogetestsrl@sicurezzapostale.it.
Moreover, data subjects may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Mandatory nature or otherwise of data provision
The provision of data is optional for certain fields and for others (marked with an asterisk) mandatory; failure to provide mandatory data will result in the form NOT being submitted.

The provision of consent to data processing by placing the appropriate tick is optional, but essential to proceed with submission of the form.

Data processing methods
The personal data provided will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the above-mentioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations underlying the activity of the Controller. The data will be processed both with IT tools and on paper and any other suitable media, in compliance with the appropriate technical and organisational security measures provided for by the GDPR.

Update form (newsletter subscription)
By filling in the appropriate form, you subscribe to a mailing list, thereby voluntarily and freely providing your personal data. The data entered is sent to the data controller. It is worth mentioning that data transmission via the Internet is not, in principle, completely secure, and therefore it is impossible to guarantee its absolute protection.
Once filed, the data entered during the registration process will be sent to 4Dem (Advision SRL), which provides the tools for managing newsletter subscriber lists and its sending. 4Dem’s policy is available at https://www.4dem.it/perche/privacy-e-spam-policy.
It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in all Soget Est newsletters.
