Data recipients and disclosure
All personal data collected through this website has never been and will never be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred to third parties.
Nevertheless, this data may be transmitted to third parties, in the cases provided for by law and with the consent of the data subject, within the limits relevant to the processing purposes indicated.
Therefore, personal data may be disclosed to partners, consulting companies or private companies, appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller.
Personal data will not be disseminated in any way. Data Processors and Persons in charge of processing are precisely identified in the Privacy Document, which is updated periodically.

Data storage method and period
The data collected will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was processed (“Storage limitation principle”, Art.5, GDPR) or in accordance with the periods provided for by legislation. Verification of the obsolescence of stored data in relation to the purposes for which it was collected is carried out periodically.

Update form (newsletter subscription)
By filling in the appropriate form, you subscribe to a mailing list, thereby voluntarily and freely providing your personal data. The data entered is sent to the data controller. It is worth mentioning that data transmission via the Internet is not, in principle, completely secure, and therefore it is impossible to guarantee its absolute protection.
Once filed, the data entered during the registration process will be sent to 4Dem (Advision SRL), which provides the tools for managing newsletter subscriber lists and its sending. 4Dem’s policy is available at https://www.4dem.it/perche/privacy-e-spam-policy.
It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in all Soget Est newsletters.
